From experience, we learned that nowadays good software adds value to every event.
There is a need for a website with a content system so that you can flexibly supplement the most important info of your event. There is a need for a ticketing system where participants can order online and answer a few necessary questions, but where participants also receive a ticket sent to them. That ticket can then be scanned at the entrance.
No more hassle with paper, everything is digital.
What we offer
In exchange for visibility at their event, we are happy to help non-profit organisations set up their free Odoo. We provide a brief explanation and set up the flow so that you can handle everything digitally from advertising on your website to reserving a spot to registering for the event itself.
For races, we have developed a manual chrono that automatically calculates the new ranking and gives you a nice overview of the latest standings.
